Record Group: General topic
Subgroup: More specific topic
Collection: Collection of material related to the subgroup

A finding aid is available for all collections and includes the record group, subgroup, collection, location of the collection, processing information, note explaining the history of an organization or the biography of an individual, and a detailed description of the collection. The finding aid will also list if the collection has any viewing restrictions.
