The Weeks-Townsend Memorial Library Reference Desk is open to help those needing assistance in identifying, locating and using resources in all formats (e.g., print, electronic, microform, etc.). Assistance is also available for a broad range of services, including use of Microsoft Office programs.

*When the Library is not open, please send inquiries via email, social network or uChat. Library staff will respond when the Reference Desk reopens or via “on call” services during designated periods (e.g., holiday breaks).

Bibliographic Instruction handouts are available for classes which meet with librarians for formal sessions, and one-to-one sessions with reference librarians are also available upon request.
