Mathematics

The primary mission of the mathematics program is to provide students with:

1. a broad knowledge in mathematics
2. the skills necessary to be successful in attaining their chosen career goals 
3. encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills
4. help students communicate effectively about topics in mathematics

To support this goal, the Weeks-Townsend Memorial Library provides students with access to information resources that support teaching and learning in Mathematics. This subject guide is designed to help Mathematics students navigate the resources provided to them by the library.
